JD Glass, Inc. self-performed the complete exterior glazing package for this Verizon Wireless retail renovation, delivering a clean, modern storefront presence on one of North County San Diego's busiest commercial corridors.

Our scope covered three elevations: the full west storefront featuring a 165¾" opening with a double entrance door, transom, and flanking panels; a targeted north elevation package centered on the second entrance pair with matching transom; and precision glass-only replacement on the south transom, glazed into the existing frame to preserve the original opening.

The system is PRL 250DT center-glazed aluminum storefront in bronze anodized finish with GL-01 insulated glazing throughout. Both 6'-0" × 7'-0" entrance pairs (Doors 101.A and 101.B) were outfitted with a full commercial hardware package — LCN 4040XP heavy-duty closers, Adams Rite MS1850S deadlocks with 4550 lever trim, and ADA-compliant pull handles.

From in-house shop drawings and submittals through installation and a complete closeout O&M package, JD Glass carried the project end-to-end — reaching substantial completion in June 2026 and backing the work with our one-year workmanship and materials warranty.
