Project Management

  • Jordan Ensheiwat

    Senior Project Manager

    Jordan manages projects from award through closeout, carrying submittals, shop drawings, procurement, and general contractor coordination on the company's larger Division 8 packages. He keeps material lead times, field crews, and construction schedules aligned so installations hit their dates.

  • Jeane Michael

    Senior Project Manager

    Jeane manages awarded work from contract through final acceptance, handling submittal packages, general contractor correspondence, and vendor coordination. She drives the follow-up on quotes, lead times, and order requirements that keeps long-lead material from becoming a schedule problem.

  • Maya Cohen

    Senior Project Manager

    Maya manages the company's larger and more technically demanding projects and leads vendor and manufacturer coordination across the portfolio. Trained as an engineer, she brings a technical eye to system selection, sourcing, and the evaluation of competing manufacturer proposals.

  • Dustine Y.

    Office Manager, Tustin

    Dustine manages the Tustin office, where the company's estimating operation runs. She maintains the master estimating workbook, handles vendor outreach and quote intake, and keeps bid documents and deadlines organized across a high volume of concurrent pursuits. She holds a degree in International Business from California State University, Fullerton.

    Office Manager, Downey

    Emily manages the Downey office and shop, coordinating scheduling, deliveries, documentation, and day-to-day administration for the company's headquarters. She holds a business degree from California State University, Long Beach.

  • Vanessa Cuesta

    Human Resources

    Vanessa handles recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and labor compliance for the company's field and office staff, including certified payroll requirements on public works projects. She holds a master's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach

Field Operations

  • Patrick Vicuña

    Superintendent

    Patrick runs daily field operations across the company's active projects, from layout and material staging through final inspection. He coordinates crews across multiple jobsites, resolves field conditions before they turn into RFIs, and carries responsibility for safety on every site J.D. Glass works. He holds a business degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

  • Eloy Cuesta

    Head Foreman

    Eloy has worked as a glazier for thirty years and leads installation crews in the field, handling layout, sequencing, and quality control at the point of installation. He takes on the company's most demanding work himself and sets the standard of workmanship the rest of the crews are trained to.

  • Jovy Caraveo

    Head Foreman

    Jovy leads installation crews on active jobsites, coordinating daily tasks, enforcing safety and quality standards, and keeping work moving from material delivery through punch. He is the crew's direct line to project management and the superintendent, and he keeps installations on schedule without compromising the finished product.

  • Carlos Bayas

    Installer

    Carlos installs storefront, entrances, doors, and glazing systems across the company's commercial projects. He works to the details on the approved shop drawings and takes pride in installations that pass inspection the first time

  • Arturo Ibarra

    Installer

    Arturo installs the full range of Division 8 systems J.D. Glass self-performs, from aluminum framing and hardware to glass set in the field. He works clean, works safe, and treats every opening as one the client will look at every day.
