JD Glass, Inc. delivered the exterior glazing package for this modern civic facility serving the City of Compton, combining large-scale transparency with the durability demanded of a high-traffic public building.

The centerpiece of our scope is a frameless structural glass enclosure at the plaza level — floor-to-ceiling tempered glass walls with mitered glass-to-glass corners, point-supported with overhead patch fittings for a completely open, column-free look. No vertical framing, no visual interruption: just clean, monolithic glass rising from a concrete curb.

On the main facade, we installed a two-story aluminum-framed curtain wall system spanning the full entry elevation, integrating multiple pairs of storefront entrance doors, oversized vision glass at the ground floor, and glazing coordinated with the building's signature wood and metal sunshade fins.

The result is a bright, welcoming, and secure front door for the community — glazing that does the architectural heavy lifting on one of Compton's most visible public buildings.
